Between Sky, Color, Body, and Mind

In Surat-Surat kepada Warna, artists write letters to color. This conversation asks four practitioners a simple question:

If you were to write your own letter, what or whom would you address it to, and what would you want to say?

Writer Xu Xi reflects on place and memory, performance artist Melati Suryodarmo on the body as a letter, artist and architect Kadek Armika on how the mind receives the world, and festival founder Arsita Pinandita on who ultimately reads the letter. Moderated by Vanessa Harsamto. In collaboration with Ubud Writers & Readers Festival 2026.
