Write in Colour

As the afternoon light softens over Ubud, begin with a slow walk through Ubud Art Ground, noticing the colours, textures, and moods that live in the works around you. Then, find a quiet spot to write. You’ll be given a single colour as your prompt, and where it takes you is entirely yours: a poem, a short piece of prose, a memory, a letter, or a few lines that simply feel true. Write in English or Bahasa Indonesia, whichever feels closest to you. No writing experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to see what a colour can hold. We’ll close by sharing, if you wish, and your piece will then be displayed at Satyanara as part of the exhibition, becoming one of many voices responding to the art around it.
